	1 - Take off the little 'C' piece numbered 43-0019-00 on the picture. Caution, the heavy spring will bounce out. You'll have to retain it ...
	2 - Flip the actuator around (95-0193-0X), until you have a 4-way sensation
	3 - Replace the 'C' piece
